Computers calculate megabytes a little weird. So, 5,098.8kb is not actually read out as 5mb in Windows. It is displayed as 4.98mb. So, technically, this is not 5mb. However, you can submit stuff over 5mb to NG by emailing them and getting them to do it manually for you.
